The main argument that's been presented to me to dissuade me from going part time is 'You'll get less holiday leave' and the counter argument seems so obvious I'm unable to say it out loud.

Varifocals are less weird every day, though the laptop screen is still a bit dubious. I also keep wanting to wipe the blurry bits off the lenses because I think they're smudges.
