Pretty hard year so far not gonna lie. Personally it's been pretty bad, but what has gotten me more depressed is friends that I thought were on the Left not giving a shit about anything that happens outside of their proverbial backyards.

One thing young people can do that will significantly improve their lives is to stop scrolling on their phone (that includes reddit). Whenever you feel like doing that literally read anything else. Read a book, fiction, non fiction, smut I don't care.
