Tomorrow is the day I go talk to a bunch of 5th graders about careers in public health. I have been informed by @christenrexing.bsky.social that it's a tough audience and I'm doomed. But my son helped me make slides and we have a ton of gifs, that's the key right?

Over the weekend we became a fish-owning family. The fish was an extra party favor from a birthday at a trampoline park, thrust into the eager hands of my 6 year old.
His name is Whitehead after the torpedo engineer (and he has a white head).
