It makes me angry too, but it also makes me so, so terribly depressed as someone who has yet to land anything other than a traineeship for a few months that appears to have done precisely 0 for my chances. I graduated almost 1 year and 3 quarters ago, and yet I still have nothing. Most peers do tho!

Pending the eventual completion of Rail Baltica and any future trains to Warsaw (the starting point of that project), it'll also be the best way to get to Helsinki without flying.

The bomb shelter part, yeah, haven't seen that around here before. I don't even think I've ever seen one with my own two eyes ever. Using them as storage space? Totally normal, we have storage space too (tho usually they get used for safe and dry bicycle storage rather than anything else).

I'm still happy tho. I usually fly to Denmark around March/April, since I don't trust DB to have me make my stopovers in Germany. With this direct train to Hamburg, next year I won't have to worry so much about missing the 16:57 train from Hamburg to Copenhagen which will incentivize me not to fly.

And thanks for the suggestion! I knew about CR Abridged and considered it, but my completionist FOMO ass is worried that they cut too many of "the good bits".😅 Of course, completely counter productive of me.
