I grew up in the Midwest and moved to Southern California about two years ago and I just love the difference in plant life! The trees are so alien and cool to me!!

How can one writer be so talented in 2 genres!? How can these vastly different series that are phenomenal in VERY DIFFERENT ways come from the same person. I wish bluesky gave enough characters to give them the reviews they deserve. T Kingfisher is an absolute master.

Finally gave in and paused Ordinary Monsters today. It’s due in a few days at the library and I just haven’t been able to make time for reading physical books recently between moming, school, and life. I’m coming back for you in the summer baybeee.

I did not expect to spend my ENTIRE day listening to this book, but I started it this morning and I could NOT put it down so here we are. RIP any work I was supposed to get done today 🙃

Got wildly (not surprisingly) sidetracked from my tbr for the month. Ended up binging the romantic slice of life comedy Sweat and Soap, those books are perfection and exactly what my soul needed. I’m about halfway done on the last book, vol 11 and it’s so bittersweet.
