then i called pp again this morning bcs i realised they needed me to have business permit which i don't have and miracle strikes bcs i got! ms pey again! 😭💖 i told her i submitted all but i dont have business permit which she said is okay, and even helped me move my submission into the back office!!

spent like 2 hours in the post office bcs i gotta handwrite all the invoice form for parcels to the us and they have to manually input (IT TAKES A LONG TIME) post office auntie eneded up giving me a fat stack of the form so i can fill it beforehand next time 😭

i called the customer service to ask abt the issue and explain my situation bcs no way i can complete that in that day (its alrd 3pm 😭) ms pey was sooo nice tho and explained everything to me,, tho sadly i still need to pack and send the orders so i spent the whole day packing it... OTL

So paypal blocked my acc and told me i have to submit proof of identity (i have to give my identity card etc), and proof of fulfillment on the 8 orders they flagged, which means i gotta send them and give paypal their tracking numbers or they won't unblock it 💔
