So just over 3 years ago my step father passed away. We were not particularly close as I was an adult when he and my mother married. She gave me his first gen Google Pixel watch and I wore it every day. 2 days ago it just fell apart and for some reason it hit me hard.

Yep and as Sam says we can't afford to anyway. Hell my wife and I need to move to a single story dwelling but that takes money as well. We won't even start talking about how difficult it is to develop good relationships with the medical providers we need.

Not endorsing this course of action however I do believe that many of these cameras rely on a single solar panel. In theory that means a paint ball launcher at range or a balloon filled with paint may be able to temporarily disable the system.

So this is Daisy, she had to go to the emergency vet. Turns out she has an abscessed tooth that will have to be removed. Not sure how we are going to manage that financially but it IS going to happen.

I'm not going to lie, this last year around the sun has been rough on me both mentally and physically. My wife and I are putting some things in place to help with the latter. It's going to a be long road but we are going to do our best.
