I am a biologist. I study the ecology and evolution of sexual reproduction, mate choice, and speciation. I mainly use livebearing fishes of the family Poeciliidae. My favorite fish is the Amazon molly, Poecilia formosa.

Just got back from two amazing conferences. First I was in beautiful Padua for the POGO meeting (lnkd.in/djyAeKhq). It was a lovely, meting where it was easy to meet and chat.
After that I went to Turin for the 10times bigger ISBE meeting (isbe2026.com). The science was great and I learned so much!
