As has been stated - there is no happy place for all.

I will be making more of those for her - there’s a world of unidentified cheese out there.

For the rest of the story - inventoried the wine cellar of a local - this was my payment.

This was thanksgiving. She has a gift (and teaches 5th grade math!)

It went well with the ‘66 and ‘67 Chateau Margaux we were forced to drink. (Took 3 hours to open up but was delightful)

I didn’t get to mention the two bottles of ‘86 Pavilion Rouge du Chateaux Margaux I was gifted which will join the standing rib roast and Yorkshire pudding we will toast my father with.

My brand new-daughter-in-law will add a charcuterie and cheese board @bubblesvampire.bsky.social would be proud!
