But let's be clear: this should ONLY happen once a constitutional presidency has been restored. Trump should not get four more picks. Nor should Peter Thiel's puppet, John Donal Hamel Vance. Or Megalomaniacal Marco. It would be the literal end of the republic. We would have a full on dictatorship.
It's worth noting that this isn't a random number but a goal that would simply restore the court to an earlier norm in which there's one justice for each of the judicial circuits. We used to have nine, we now have thirteen.
