It falls to us to be more diligent. We have become lazy. The internet / social media allows us to be part of something bigger than ourselves. It’s almost like a mob mentality. How do you think Oprah became so popular? At some point, we need to stop, and ask ourselves if ‘this’ makes sense.

Even if she did, the fact that so many blindly follow her (or any one for that matter), and blindly swallow whatever they are spewing, doesn’t speak very highly of us. Same with people who swallow every lie 45 tells… it’s no different.

RE taxes are in a different bucket than unrealized gains.
