Unfortunately, ICE is already funded. Within the OBBB. Clawing those funds back is not part of this appropriations package. Reforming the manner in how ICE conducts itself while using those funds, is fair game.
Hopefully, once DEMs are back in power, a bill can be offered to claw back ICE funding
