I'm on tirzepatide , when I was on the 2nd dose strength I had too much suppression of my appetite after losing 50 lbs. IDK if you're on a higher dose, but you may need to go down one. I still have some suppression on the lowest dose but I still get hungry enough for at least one big meal.
