"I was told you're a monster," the hero said.

"So they say," said the monster.

"Have you always been a monster?"

"And became a monster?"

"Got named a monster."

"What did you do?"

"I hit back."

"As a knight," the king said, "it is your duty to kill dragons."

"Very well, my liege," the knight said. "Um. May I ask why?"
