No. The Constitution does not apply equally to all people in all states.

Feb 20/2026 the Supreme Court decision states a President cannot declare tariffs which is a tax, upon American citizens and only Congress can levy taxes. Yet, he did it again and Congress didn't stop him. Americans should fire their Congress.

Call it **right-sizing** the Court. (There are 13 circuits now -- not the 9 circuits there were when it was set at 9 justices 157 effing yrs ago!)

I asked President Trump about the FBI reportedly seizing election records in Arizona. He said they must have done that because it was a “rigged” election. I pointed out to him that his own AG said there was not measurable voter fraud to overturn that election. Then he called me a rotten reporter.
