twitter sucks in many, many ways but with bluesky it's really not shocking that a platform built on righteous indignation can't discern an extremely obvious joke without research

For people who are working around the year and are on-call 24/7 (which isn't an unusual situation for conventions pushing 20k attendees with multiple hotels and businesses), compensation should take all that time into account, not just free perks on-site IMO. It can be an entire second job!
