It's time to discuss bleak climate change realities

www.thenewdaily.com.au/opinion/2025...
It's time to address how we actually survive climate change
Slashing emissions is still essential, but so too is readiness to live safely and fairly in a world already transformed by climate change.

A sketchy, close up digital painting of a pokemon fusion snarling at the viewer as flames flow from his mouth. He is a Houndoom/Zygarde fusion.

Folks call your Senators now!! A ban on any state laws on GenAi for 10 YEARS is gonna do unthinkable harm!

For those of you wondering what to say here are two posts you can use to build your own script (use alt script to cut and paste)

Need to find your representatives? Here you go:
5calls.org
User Zachary Berger recommends the following script: "I'm a constituent in the congressperson's district. Al regulation is life or death for a lot of the Congressperson's constituents in creative industries, please make sure the section in the budget reconciliation bill banning Al regulation doesn't pass." User Karla Ortiz gives information on the bill so you can point your senators where to look: Call your representatives! Tell them just yesterday (R) Congressman Guthrie added a new text to the Budget Reconciliation bill to BAN GenAi regulation in the states for 10 years! Hell, point them to the specific section: TITLE IV-ENERGY AND COMMERCE (Part II: Al section, (c) moratorium)

Sketched up some Wings of Fire dragons :> with slightly modified designs lol
A pen on paper sketch of a RainWing from the Wings of Fire book series. The design is slightly different than canon depictions with larger, more wide set eyes, more curled horns, larger frills, and a long, thin snout that ends in a short, sharp beak for breaking open fruit. A pen on paper sketch of an IceWing from the Wings of Fire book series with a slightly modified design. They have large teeth, thin spines on their cheekbones, jawline, and eyebrow ridge. Their ears are large and droopy, similar to a goat's and the frill of spines starts in the top of their head instead of the back of their neck. They also have sharp belly scales to prevent sliding backwards on ice.

Happy new year! I haven't been posting much because I've been feeling like shit, but I swear I'm trying to post more haha

My resolution is to fully finish an animation and post it to YouTube :) doesn't need to be long, I just want at least one polished and clean animation done this year 🤞🤞

Post a pic you took to add some calm to the timeline 🌿
A daytime photo of a heron wading through a pond, searching for a meal. The top of the pond is covered in large leafy plants and lily pads, and the water is calm and reflective, with the highlights almost seeming to glow. The image is somewhat low quality, but instead of sharp pixels it has a hazy, soft look as if from an dream sequence in an old movie.

Decided to finish up an old #fnaf sketch :3 pretty satisfied with how it turned out
A digital drawing of Funtime Foxy from FNaF on a dark blue-green background. They are standing with one hand raised and an open, toothy smile as if mid-performance. She is lit from below, possibly by a stage light or camera flash, creating somewhat harsh shadows.
