Count me a fan of pre-peeled garlic. Jarred mince has its place, and love an intact head for roasting, but for more than 2-3 cloves in a go, the tub of pre-peeled is an absolute hand saver.

Yard herbs are fantastic. Traditional turkey day stuff (thyme, parsley, sage, rosemary) grows easy.
