if you cant get a sunlamp, i do have one im willing to give up if we can make arrangements. its a very old model, kinda beaten up, it was found in the basement. but it works well. im only willing to part ways with it because it trigger migraines for me, but i think thats just my flavor of POTS.

yeah SAD (oddly fitting acronym) is very treatable. you might wanna look into taking some vitamin D3 as well. i would also recommend looking into a sunlamp if you are willing to try and save up for one. i've been told its best to sit within the light for an hour when you wake up.
