They have joked previously on his podcast about having a lot of tall babies and making a basketball team bc they are both tall. That is what this part of the song refers to. Settling down, having a ton of offspring that look like him, and playing basketball in the driveway.

Apparently she also called her "boring barbie" and high fived MH saying she is glad he ghosted her...after TS helped her earlier in her career by bringing her on tour. Pretty mean spirited.
