Yeah, absolutely! Food and making food for each other is such a big part of how I describe characters relationships with each other that it's in ALL my writing. Current favourite example is: Salty lime shots. Hongjoong's POTS can be helped by salt, so I use yummy salt as a shorthand for their care

I do! Not often "stormy-> sad" though. Any weather can be any mood really. If a Guy is happy and there's a storm, it's exciting and loud and fun and running through the pelting rain is invigorating. Ditto by showing sunshine being horrible when you're depressed.
