Thoughts upon having a broken neck for 24 days: I should be dead; this isn't so bad; oh that hurts; wow this WAS major surgery; oh I hate protein shakes; wow I can shower alone!; I'm bored; I wish I could reach the floor; ten pounds is so little weight.
Mostly gratitude, all things considered.

In 2025 I started to fix my eyes & feet. I continued to learn French, taught myself knitting, mowed my lawn crosscut, and ate several new fruits and vegetables. I've been decorating our tabletop Christmas tree with scraps like a crow.
