i’ve been working on my substack for months now but it’s really come together in the last two weeks and is at a place where i feel ready to share.

the big 2-5-0 today! hard to believe that in 15 more days i will be starting the 100-day countdown to a year of sobriety.

hit 8 months sober yesterday and am now a week away from 250 days !!!

trying to only share "ha ha" funny on the internet instead of "oh my god, are you okay?" funny.

my mental health is clearly improving because i've finally learned to take my grievances to my diary instead of the internet and i love that for me.

popping in to say:

• i celebrated 7 months sober monday
• i've been writing so much since i got rid of social media
• my radio has been taken over by pop music/musical soundtracks (spotify wrapped this year is gonna be a riot)
• life is, like, so so good rn, i am excited for what's next

i am now a part of my husband's work's fantasy football league and i have to show all the bravo fans my team name and picture because i don't think any of these people will get it let alone appreciate it but that's show business baby.

usually when i find someone mimicking me, my first instinct is to get incredibly annoyed but, when someone tells me i inspired them to reconsider their relationship with alcohol and step away from booze i am ecstatic every time !!!

unintentionally have not had a diet coke in four days and suddenly i'm realizing why i've been in such a bitchy mood this week
