In 1870, the #15thAmendment was ratified, prohibiting a person being denied the right to vote due to race. Yet, the fight for equality and fair access to the ballot continues tday. During #BlackHistoryMonth, and every day, I remain committed to advancing justice and protecting voting rights for all.
