When I’m busy and overwhelmed adding in to-do list creation always feels like it’s just too much but not making space for it is always my undoing. Things will fall off the edge either way, but at least with a to-do I know which pieces I’m sweeping up.

Is there a way to make broccoli or Brussels sprouts palatable that doesn’t involve honey or bacon? Not that I’m adverse to either but trying to retrain my tastebuds to enjoy gross things that are good for me.
