When I said that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. being DHHS Secretary would kill people, you all understood that I was being literal, right?

To underscore: Kennedy Jr. will actually kill people. Mostly children. And only a contemptible monster like Trump would position him to do that and think nothing of it.
