One job offer on the way and still have another interview coming up, so it looks like I will have a couple options. Feels nice to have years of hard work and experience recognized.

Applied for a new job, got a call within 30 minutes of finishing the online assessment to set up an interview Monday.
Not even sure if I need the new job at this point. I can just coast off that feeling for a few years.

As a 6'8" amab enby person raised in the south I can confirm it is very difficult when people just pretend like everything you said about your identity to them was actually a joke and they just keep misgendering you day after day in spite of you making a public announcement for the whole company.
It's really just "Be a femboy or androgenous" for amab non-binary people. It really fuckin blows

I could be mistaken but it feels like a para forming if I've ever seen one.
