I'm also pretty good at mentally cutting out the bits that spoil my enjoyment, so I can usually ignore a sucky ending. What casts retrospective disappointment for me is when desperate grasping for new plots entails a character getting a total personality transplant to make it work

It's appalling. Not sure if I remember correctly but I think the coastline *was* ours (assets put in public ownership after bailing out royal debt, which was when the annual stipend started) but given back to the crown after Charles's lobbying in those infamous 'black spider letters'. Timely, huh?

It wasn't FJM it was John Grant, and it wasn't a new single it was a live session from 2024, but apart from that I was bang on.

Not to oversimplify but maybe it’s not surprising the two grossest abusers of 21st C English football’s financial regulations were clubs owned by people used to turning resource wealth into political power, linked to or parts of authoritarian regimes with equal disregard for international law.
