I think more his stance changed. The interview stated that Atlus wanted to do a PC port for UO, but their deal was only for the console version. I appreciate the guy's stance changing because that means VW can finally come to PC.

This is weird considering the earlier reports about him refusing a port offer from Atlus... He's allowed to change his mind and want ports now, it's cool, I just wonder what made him change his opinion about them.
