One of the things I like about playing Crystal Project for an archipelago (group randomizer) is it has almost 2000 checks in it. One of the things I am annoyed by is how several of those checks are supervises and two of them got important items this time...

Took the sleepy time medications. They have not worked. Instead my mind is plotting out my book and lightspeed and now my dumbass wants to write instead of sleep. Except I have work and do not want to be exhausted as well as in the usual amount of pain.

Final Fantasy IV. It's still great.
Dolly Parton was a big part of my life growing up. I heard her all the time as a child and even as an adult I will hum her songs, even if I don't actively listen to them anymore.

I'm not participating in the Playstation strike. Not because I don't care about the issue, I do physical media is important, but because I haven't used it much since I got a PC again. First time I played in over a month was to do a little Clair Obscur stream for a friend.

Causal reminder that Archive dot org is a treasure trove of abandonware and ROM dumps for past consoles. Tired of the news in the gaming scene? Just casually browse through the entire catalog of, idk, Sega Saturn and go play. Game preservation is important.

Finished Dawntrail finally. I suspect a lot of the hate is less from Wuk Lamat, and more that the plot seems to be about accepting loss and moving on.

Xkarnation continues to be one of my favorite authors. Their style of writing likely isn't for everyone, but I like the drawn out explanations and musings.
