Email account now back under my control and fully secured, but unfortunately some client mail servers have now black-listed my email address. A fitting end to what has been a very stressful week! The only way is up...

This kind of nonsense needs sending straight back to the artist. Nobody should be having to clean up what is essentially A Giant Mess.
90% of pencilers who send layered files never clean them.
Here is an example of a "fairly clean" file and a hellish one.
I receive both types on the regular.
I really don't understand how anyone could deliver the second type of file and think it's ok...
