If they don't want to be a part of the Union and work within the boundaries set they should just leave. What right do they have to try to overturn the Union's legal rules and conditions?

Which is why for the past two years we have had someone from ZSL come to take feather and blood samples from birds we ringed to investigate the parasites / infectious organisms coming from Africa, like West Nile Disease.
