Like you for do for transit/housing, I care a lot about criminal justice reform. Weiner claims the mantle of reform, but didn't support Boudin against the recall (Chan opposed it despite political risks) and he supports SFPOA, which loudly defends police violence/murder. That is disqualifying for me

I agree that new housing is good for renters. But that's an oversimplification of the critiques of Weiner's bills.
