Just confirms I was right to cancel Disney+ when they jacked their prices up for the third time. Streaming is no better than traditional media at this point. The prices go up, the experience gets worse.

Took my daughter to see Whisper of the Heart tonight. I think she struggled with it a bit as it's mostly a very character driven film about high school kids discovering who they are and what they want to do and not a lot really HAPPENS in it.

Took my daughter to see Whisper of the Heart tonight. I think she struggled with it a bit as it's mostly a very character driven film about high school kids discovering who they are and what they want to do and not a lot really HAPPENS in it.
Sweet movie, though.

It is easy for me to avoid Potter. Beyond enjoying the movies on my single viewing of each I've never been into it much. So my boycotting of the franchise does not carry much weight beyond solidarity with my trans friends.
I will however urge you to join the boycott as lives matter more.
