This is pretty cool behavior IMHO

Junior doing a very good Flat Stanley imitation on warm sand.

I’ve noticed both kids doing a dust bath in that area so I brought in a little more dusty sand and made the depression more obvious.

I usually equate this with bug/parasite removal.

I just did the dumbest thing of my entire career to prove a much more serious point.

People are using this trick on a massive scale to make AI tell you lies. I’ll explain how I did it

I am so upset.

Last week Time Magazine solicited a piece from me on Zohran Mamdani & anti-Muslim hate. I pitched a framing re the dehumanization of Muslims & how Mamdani’s inclusive, socialist campaign in its content resists that. They agreed. I wrote the piece. 1/
To be asked to write about racism only to be racially aggressed in the editing process is a new level unlocked I have to say.

We see the exact same thing in Iowa. Neonicotinoids don’t stay on seeds…they wash away and we find them in just about every water sample we collect. Great and important work by @billarnold.bsky.social and his team at Minnesota.
