I'm taking the scenic route. Maine, USA. #travel #food #justice #democracy #politics #maine #disneyworld #steelers #uswnt #usmnt #scifi #space #universe #solar #ev #climate (in no particular order...)
Macklemore and all the acts that dropped out after should put a tour together and backfill the (soon to be) cancelled Ed Sheeran tour. Except for Gillette. Fuck that place.

I dunno man, but I think a president who's been lying about being cheated for 6 years and then demands that an audience pledge that they will "cheat like hell" to get Rs elected should be bigger news. #trump #midterms

Even the most dumbass of American voters can see through this week ass assertion
Q: "Oil is now back above $100 a barrel. How do you explain this to Americans who are wondering when prices are going to come down?"

Trump: "Right after the election oil prices are going to be tumbling downward…I think we'll get them below $2/gallon. I think it's going to take a little bit longer t

I could save a lot of money in my household if I stopped buying food.
Trump says the US would “save” $90 billion by cutting off trade with Canada 🥴

Every Dem candidate running against a GOPer who is distancing themselves from Trump should be calling that out and constantly asking them (via ads, debates, etc) if they denounce Trump or stand with Trump. #trump #midterms

What—and I cannot stress this enough—in the actual fucking fuck?
Fox News complains that underage teenage girls aren’t getting pregnant enough:

“The problem is teens and young adults. From ages 15-19, the fertility rate is down 70% in the last 2 decades, which means we are telling people who are young not to have babies.”

Reminder that #Trump started the #Iran war at the height of #EpsteinFiles coverage in the press. They still have not been released, in violation of law.

Pro tip... If you tell a story about proving you are a bad ass to prove that you are a bad ass, you are not, in fact, a bad ass.
There's a weird psychology where these guys want to believe they'd be some sort of alphas in a state of nature but want to prove it in an environment they control completely. None of them ever says "I'll go to a community meeting and argue for more pollution, that's how I'll show I'm a badass"
Why not just leave the diseased tooth untreated indefinitely?

Now that’s how you 10x the badassery.

First Principles.

Perhaps the difference is simply that Mapquest spoke up this time. But Google has had Gulf of America all along.

And one more piece of advice to young men--do not engage in any practice that ends in "-maxxing."
it has never been easier to be high-value boyfriend material. Shower, be kind, have a hobby, and you're in the top 5% already. It's so easy, the bar is on the ground, this is your time
men have figured out a new dating technique and it's "less personal grooming"

it's a bold strategy cotton let's see if it works out for them

Do you think anyone has told Trump that for 20% of the "Mission Not Accomplished" timeline on the sign...he was president?
The administration’s war claims are treated as a joke by all but the far-right media. Bessent enjoyed a few hours of air time on Monday with his economic “D-Day.” But couldn’t answer basic questions of how it would work. By Friday, “D-Day” was dead.

And they really seem to think that they survived themselves through grit and strength (and genes). With complete lack of awareness of the systems and institutions that supported them.
It feels so dramatic to say republicans want everyone to die but they literally say things like this so it’s just impossible to come to another conclusion.
Is that...is that supposed to be an argument against healthcare

Is this about to be a big domino effect? First Iran says "nah, we'll just hunker down for 2 more years." Now Canada is basically saying the same thing. More countries need to do this. This internationally plus a big midterm power shift could finally shut Trump and his douche squad down.

When you are right, and you fight. Be a Karen Attiah in life as much as you can. (High bar, I know, but you can strive!)
BREAKING:

After the Washington Post fired me last year for speaking the truth in the wake of the Charlie Kirk killing, I fought back.

And I'm happy to announce: I won my case against the Washington Post.

They have been ordered to reinstate me immediately.

There are as many motivations for this as there are right wing psychos, but one is that enacting something like this will simply stop girls from playing sports. And sports teaches leadership and builds confidence--something they don't want in girls / women.
An initiative on the ballot in Washington state in November would require all athletes seeking to play girl's sports from kindergarten to high school to undergo "genetic screening, a testosterone-levels test, or an examination of their reproductive anatomy" before they can play
