How to fix Cyberse:
- Remove generic Cyberse EXTRA DECK extenders
- Print Cyberse Links that are strong and archetypal
- Give Cyberse monsters more diverse effects instead of "Special Summon this card."
- Remove generic Cyberse EXTRA DECK extenders
- Print Cyberse Links that are strong and archetypal
