Factio Republicana delenda est.

As Cato the Elder so very aptly & presciently put it over 2175 years ago, the Republican Party must be destroyed.

In point of fact, it is long past time to burn the Republican Party to the ground.

Call out their BS every time. Every single time. Make no exceptions. If they claim to be the true American patriots, let them know that YOU are patriotic and THEY aren’t. Definitionally, treasonous insurrectionists are never patriots. It really bothers them when you say that.Which is why you need to
Just sayin’!!

Is fascist Leader / crime boss / conservative, Republican president Lord Dampnut planing on demolishing the Kennedy Center because they won't allow him to put his name on it? How like a spoiled, entitled, establishment elite, billionaire, plutocratic fascist / gangster is that? Typical of his type.

Trump: "If I'm in an electric boat and I see I'm going down and the water is pouring in, so I know I'm going to be electrocuted, but 5 yards away there are sharks. Do I take the electrocution or do I go swimming with the sharks? I'll take the electrocution."

That seems fair and reasonable.
We are openly supporting a ped0phile for president now let US tell YOU why YOU are an “evil” sinner and need saved by Jesus!

In all fairness, it probably is very simple to a simpleton.
Yes, all his businesses failed. But I do wonder how someone this stupid continued to be in a position to have new businesses to drive into the ground.

Now he's just selling his power. But who was having conversations with a guy this dumb in the 80s and 90s and then writing him a check?
Trump: "If we lose $50 billion a year with a country, and we say 'we're not going to trade with you anymore,' we don't lose $50 billion a year. It's very simple. Right?"

Nate Silver may be good at polling analysis but political philosophy, historical perspective & common sense are his weak suits. & that is being more generous than he deserves. Isn’t it ironic that smart people who are good at one thing just assume their own facility more broadly,w/o reason or basis?

She’s right.
The thing is, it's not even controversial to say that a Genocide is happening in Palestine. The UN has issued a report confirming this. When the massacre started, it was somewhat controversial but at this point, it's a fact. Opinions are not facts, regardless of what the opinionated would say.

And the horse they rode in on.
Taxpayers paid 34 billion to Bob Kraft for stadiums. Why are we paying him for that?

We could pool our tax dollars and own our own. Fuck them.

The US allied with the USSR to defeat the nazis.

The establishment dems allying with the DSA to defeat trump shouldn't be anywhere near as much of a stretch.

That weathered pretty well. & stood the test of time. & was flipping obvious, IMHO, for the past 47 years, but I digress.

That said, Trump‘s war of aggression vs. Iran at this time has been an even greater colossal catastrophe than I would have predicted. But DJT said we’ld get “tired of winning.”

And I would argue that rightwing assholes are, in general, unstable and shouldn’t have the right to vote, hold office or sit on a jury. This observation is particularly salient inasmuch as they are, in general, fascists hellbent on destroying our country and our society.

So which of us is right?

In Alligator Alcatraz, detainees were forced into small outdoor cages for hours at a time.

In Camp East Montana, detainees report beatings from guards and denial of medical care.

In Delaney Hall, detainees report unsafe drinking water and retaliatory abuse for speaking up.

Unimaginable cruelty.

KAEPERNICK: The part that I hope people take away in this moment is what Robert Kraft and what they’re saying by denying Macklemore is they are openly colluding.

They also want people to know that if you take an action that they don’t agree with, they will come for you.

Very typical of our current Age of Ignorance is people blathering on and on about anti-democracy communism, which hasn't been a thing for years and has basically no political presence in the USA, while anti-democracy fascism is standing right in front of them giving them the middle finger.

If elected officials in this country talked about members of any other religious group the way they talk about Muslims, they would be shunned from polite society—or at least called to account for it.
I’ve covered Islamophobia for years. Trump’s GOP has taken it to a new level.
The shocking vilification of Muslims is one of the most troubling storylines of the midterms.

Avoid the second group.

I know this is not a game, but I will do you one better.

People need to go to prison. Period. We can quibble over why later, but it is just empirically factual to say, without qualification, that the people who have purportedly been in charge for the past almost 21 months just need to go to prison

Hegseth’s argument suggests to me that Hegseth is a war criminal. In his defense, however, I already am of the view that he is a war criminal, even prior to his confirmation out of his own mouth.
I feel like Pete Hegseth could have just left the war on Iran out of his September 11 remarks. The constant attempt at branding this war as inevitable and necessary is never going to convince anyone that’s true.

Hello,

I made a post comparing Ken Paxton’s face to the fictional character Sloth from Goonies. I have since removed the post as this was mean to Sloth, who had a heart of gold.

God apologizes for this miscue.
