It is the Democrats who decide whether trans people are going to be fighting Democrats or fighting Republicans. I think most of us would much *rather* fight Republicans. One lovely thing about Bluesky: by the end of Twitter, anybody who shared a story about the amazing things kids say — which they do every day, around the world! it’s beautiful! — would have a swarm of “yeah, that never happened” dudes in the mentions immediately
