It was established he was an unfit driver 15+ years ago, because he earned himself a ban then, and convicted of flouting it. If he had been banned for life, his victims might still be with us. He's killed two, and still the court wants him behind the wheel in a few short years. Insanity.
How can this guy ever be allowed drive again? He has a ten year ban only? He had a long list of driving convictions and one after the killing of the couple and maiming their daughter?
