DESHIMA 2.0 is now fully characterised. Researchers from SRON and TU Delft have established how the spectrometer responds to incoming light, allowing astronomers to reliably use its observations to study the early universe.

From 1–4 June, SRON and ESA hosted the international CEOS AC-VC meeting in Leiden.

More than 120 experts from agencies including ESA, NASA and JAXA discussed how satellite observations can improve monitoring of the ozone layer, air quality and climate forcing.

Converted to Python by Do Kester, this @astropy.org package is now essential for the #JWST pipeline, specifically for correcting data from the #MIRI instrument.
