THE GHOST IN THE SHELL ep 1 is interesting. The predictions that it’d hew closer to the manga’s tone appear to be accurate, though I think a lot of fans of the movie and SAC etc are going to be confused by that because the manga, and thus this show, is largely a goofy police procedural
