Public statement from the former staff of Buta Productions.

I was always going to admire the craft of the Takopi anime, but wasn't sure I wanted to watch it in full because the manga was tough to digest and the tactile approach to the animation was going to make it even tougher. Beware, that part *is* true, but finding out who the producer is won me over

Yuuhi's goofy walk might be my favourite part of VSPO!'s "Sweet Surprise" MV

First noticed Kosuke Yoshida in Garupan, where his exaggerated acting fit the quirky cast. Wouldn't have expected that he'd become a go-to person for henshin, but special sequences that turn fundamentally standard movements into something magical are also a great fit for his densely packed animation

Thanks & congrats to everyone who joined, those who wanted to but couldn't due to scheduling conflicts, and those who didn't feel confident enough but I swear I'll convince at some point. Congrats to bitmap who maybe is too confident in his shitposting skills, but the header fucking rules so he wins

Excited for the upcoming Gundam tabletop game (the name's Gundam Assemble)

I'm making an indie manga, "I'll of you!", in 2025. The ending of the story will be a superpower action animation indie film. This is the main character, Clair.

Stay tuned and look forward to the release sometime February-March

I think every production assistant at NUT qualifies for this title by default, but it seems that someone is calling dibs on it

"Look Back" is now available on Prime Video (worldwide) ✏️❤️

👍

As a game consultant myself, I can say that the idea that consultants are forcing diversity into games is ridiculous. 99% of the time the devs have already decided they want their game to be inclusive, and just want help fine-tuning how certain stories come across

Small team, big aspirations.

Find out why @farfromani.bsky.social teamed up to start their own anime studio: atani.me/butapro-p1 ✏️

Wrote about the adaptation of Dandadan's first arc! Its rookie director has shown tremendous commitment to a vision that makes his job more complicated, but grants the series' madness a curious, unbreakable sense of logic. Lots of imagination, filling in the gaps, and navigating tricky situations
