A similar change happened in the US too quietly in the late 80s and early 90s. Students went from having 70% grants and 30% loans to 70% loans and 30% grants and the post-graduation impact was devastating economically for the ability of students to get on their feet. Fight it now while you can.

I always go for "mystery embedded in the mundane" -- mostly because I think that's where sacred likes to play. I find questions over answers...tiresome. And lately I want to know why humanity betrays itself...and is it disrespectful to fight someone's despair when hope has betrayed them repeatedly?
