If Trump were to try that again (incite, then allow the riot), it would very likely result in his impeachment AND removal this time. But that wouldn’t be that much worse for him than what he would face in the next two years of a Democrat House and Senate, anyway.

I agree that there is no LEGAL way to pull this off. So what? There was no LEGAL way to do what they tried on Jan 6, 2021.

I agree that there is no LEGAL way to pull this off. So what? There was no LEGAL way to do what they tried on Jan 6, 2021.

Agreed, but as a practical matter, I'm fairly sure that until January 2029, we would have to impeach him before we could arrest and try him for treason.

A practice I’ve adopted in recent years to protect me from this is, in any big-ticket business transaction I’m considering, I check the reviews for that business AND set the sorting to feature the RECENT reviews. That makes any recent management change clearly visible.

It happens regularly, but what really puts it on steroids is a change in top management (retirement, buyout, etc). Then the new manager has to show everyone how "efficient" he is.
