So they didn’t bother to confirm the results before announcing they’d solved the case, leading to huge supply chain disruption? Or they’re lying now to protect a company and/or donor. Which is it?

It took over a year after January 6th for the State Bar to begin a preliminary investigation, almost a year after that to commence proceedings and he was practicing until March 2024. Yes, it got done but took far too long - we routinely convict people of severe and complex felonies in less time.

The California bar - arguably liberal in membership - didn't get around to disbarring John Eastman for "egregious and decietful conduct" in the 2020 election until April 15, 2026. I can pave over the constitution far faster. We need to be WAY more vigilant with sanctions
