Tried a new method with my tomato sauce today. Slow cooked in the oven instead of on the stovetop. Also, I stewed a carrot and onion in the sauce while it cooked instead of cutting them up and letting them melt into the sauce. Made some chicken parm with the results.

Saw Jack White on Friday in Nashville. The opener, Waxed, was great, the venue was great, and @officialjackwhite.bsky.social tore the place down! There wasn't many moments where the tone shifted down. Besides a bluesy take on Why Walk A Dog, the whole set ripped!
