The object of a business selling a product and or service is to continually sell more. Regarding healthcare and its customer, what is the ideal goal of the customer: To be healthy and not need healthcare. That is the primary contradiction between the Healthcare Industry and its customer.

I will always remember O'Donnell's interview with Hillary Clinton when Hillary was running in 2015. When Clinton answered questions, the camera would focus on O'Donnell's who was giving the textbook definition of RBF. Disrespectful and disgraceful on O'Donnell's part.
