When we increase our military budget from $800 billion to $1.65 trillion, it is more than increasing a budget. It says a lot about who we are as a society, military/war-based society, vs a society which values taking care of our community, Healthcare, food assistance, education, Social programs.

So, if there is a settleement agreemetn that states for it to be modified, the modification must be in writing and the acting AG has ordered everyone not to put anything in writing, why would that be? Hmmm Looks like they are trying to preserve the agreement to me.
