Tomorrow we say goodbye to this lovely lot. They have been such a brilliant class, full of personality and enthusiasm. We will miss them all but they are always part of our school family. Have a lovely summer everyone.

We have loved helping the volunteers at Mencap Community Cafe to improve their garden. The children have been very keen gardeners and loved checking in over the weeks.

We were pleased to meet the Mayor of Sefton at the CAPITAL Social Signature event today. She was very interested in listening to how we have tried to improve our community with our beach cleans.

We are so proud of Darcy, a former pupil who has recently earned her first England cap in against Germany after attending a national training camp and she's already impressed on the international stage. Darcy is also excelling academically and hopes to build a career in both football and medicine.

Thanks to everyone who helped to make our summer fair so successful. Thanks to all who volunteered on a stall, to our amazing staff and to FOSN for organising everything (especially Claire our brilliant Chair). Thanks to everyone who came along and supported us. Your generosity is much appreciated.
